Dr. Michael Webb

Dr. Michael K. Webb serves as the Assistant Director in the Office of Professional Learning at Montgomery County Intermediate Unit in Norristown, PA. Over the past 11 years, he has designed, coordinated, and delivered intermediate unit training and professional learning programs in the greater Philadelphia region and formerly served as co-lead for PAIUCC.

Mike began his career in education as a French, Spanish, and Latin teacher first in southwestern and then in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Prior to entering the IU world, he worked in public and non-public schools teaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. He has since served as a coordinator, administrator, and director of consulting teams across 2 regional education services agencies and developed targeted professional learning and systemic improvement plans with over 35 school districts and more than 100 independent schools.

Mike is passionate about building and coaching teams that thrive when faced with ambiguously-defined challenges and consistently pursue professional growth both for themselves and for their clients.
