Dr. Rebecca Millspaugh
Becky is a caring professional inspired to promote access and opportunity for all learners! Becky has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of educational roles, including 14 years of classroom experience in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Privileged to be part of educational teams at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, Becky has worked since 2007 in the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework development for both academics and behavior/social emotional learning, also known as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
Becky completed the Interdisciplinary Doctor of Educational Leadership program at Saint Joseph’s University where her research focused on the building principal’s role as ambassadors of mental wellness when promoting fidelity to universal MTSS for behavior. She holds Principal, Special Education and Curriculum Supervision certifications, and Instructional II certification in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Reading Specialist.
Becky is passionate about empowering each training participant to learn from and with each other in engaging, facilitated workshops as we bring research to action in the field!
