The asynchronous portion of this training will support learning how to develop a group of individual student programs based on the results of the VB-MAPP. An overview to Skinner’s verbal operants and how to “read” the VB-MAPP will be discussed as well as classroom organization. The synchronous portion will require participants to be in-person (MCIU or school site) with the facilitator to learn how to teach the verbal operants in an Errorless teaching/Error Correction format. Hands-on practice with materials and data collection tools will be a focus to these sessions.
